Day 60 – 26 Aug, Royrvik

(0 km, rest day)

Today I slept in (well until 0800) and relaxed. I started marking the 10km mark on my maps and working out resupply options for the rest of the walk. I only have 18 days of walking left before I will have to make my way back to Oslo for my flight on 16 Sep. I will definitely not complete the full Norge Pa Langs this year, having lost 2 weeks due to the injury, but do hope to pass the 2000 km mark before I have to leave Norway.
My rough plan is 3 days to Snasa, 7 days to Brekken, 5 days to Antbura and I will then have to make a judgement call for the last few days based on proximity to main roads and time to get back to Oslo.

I repackaged my food and sorted out what was for the next section and what would go in my last parcel being sent to myself.

As always this took time, especially with the eating I was doing continually.

I was snacking on grapes, chips, chocolate, lollies, rice pudding as well as as having a great lunch and dinner prepared by the chef. I am the only person staying so have been getting excellent service. the chef and the manager have been lovely, ensuring I have everythingg I need and am happy with everything.
